1. How long does a project take?
Most projects take 2–4 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on how many pages we’re building and how quickly we get content and approvals. If you have a hard deadline, tell us and we’ll map out the fastest realistic timeline.
2. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We offer predictable monthly options for Website-as-a-Service style projects, and for larger builds we can split the setup cost into staged payments. We’ll recommend the simplest option based on your budget and goals.
3. What platform do you build on?
Most of our sites are built on WordPress + Elementor, because it’s flexible, fast, and easy for you to manage if you want to. If another platform is a better fit, we’ll tell you up front. We also use Squarespace, Wix, and other popular E-commerce Platforms!
4. Do you handle hosting?
Yes. We can handle hosting setup, security basics, backups, and performance tuning, so you don’t have to mess with the technical stuff. If you already have hosting you like, we can work with that too.
5. Can you update my existing site?
Absolutely. If your current site has a solid foundation, we can refresh design, improve speed, tighten your messaging, and fix SEO basics without starting from scratch. If a rebuild will save you money and headaches long-term, we’ll explain why and give you options.
